Dive into a world of wonder at Dorset Museum & Art Gallery this summer!

On Display:

Explore four fascinating galleries covering Natural Dorset, Hardy’s Dorset, People’s Dorset and Artists’ Dorset, walk across real Roman mosaics in our Victorian Hall. In each of our galleries you will find a variety of interactive displays including a dress up station where you can transform into your favourite historical figure! We also have the captivating Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition from the Natural History Museum as well as two community exhibitions: the Sensing The Past interactive sensory display inspired by the Jurassic Coast and the Fashioning Our World showcase display.

Learn & Play:

Take part in our animal-spotting trail (available every day over the summer holidays) or join us on a Wildlife Wednesday for drop-in family activities including object handling and craft activities.
